Some facts about Serbia & Montenegro:
  • Serbia & Montenegro has appeared only at the 2005 edition of JESC. That¢s because Montenegro declared its independence in 2006, so Serbia participated (since 2006) alone (see below).

  • Serbia & Montenegro was one of the 10 least successful countries in JESC, collecting an average of 17 points per contest.

  • Serbia & Montenegro¢s best (and worst) position was the 13th in 2005 (“Ljubav pa futbol” – Philip Vucic). It received from each country an average of 1 point.

  • The Serbian & Montenegrin broadcaster was (please?)

  • Serbia & Montenegro received its first set of points (1) from Cyprus.

  • Serbia & Montenegro received 10 points from the Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia and gave back the same amount of points.

Here is the graph which shows how many times Serbia & Montenegro received 1, 2…10, 12 points:

Thank you very much! Very Happy

And yeah, it looks confusing, but believe me, it's very difficult to post such a huge piece of data in a forum...Smile

So, when our JESC fansite is ready, you'll see this research in a special section, with much less blah blah and much more facts...Wink

I'll also try to update it with the 2008 facts, but be sensible... university has started and... damn, chemistry lessons are difficult! Razz

Thanks! Razz

It's not neighbour voting, it's more like "regional" voting...

BTW, i'm currently updating the research with the 2008 stuff, adding new things and correcting some mistakes i did (especially in the "average points per song" section, i'll correct them... Smile)
